Online test first - standard comprehension questions, and some listening skills
Telephone interview - lasted around 30 minutes - basic CV related questions
Group interview - around 5 to a group. Easy enough - quick company overview, and then discussing our like and interests
Solo interview - customer service based

Entretien
It went well, the interviewers were very pleasant and polite. Took about 8 days before the face to face after the initial telephone interview. the f2f took about 30mins and they asked simple direct questions.
