Took a personality test after answering some basic questions. Not sure how the test played into the process as I never saw results or discussed. Required to attend an orientation before the interview process and still not guaranteed an interview after showing interest in position. Different emphasis on qualities depending on who is doing the interview and different expectations set depending on interviewer.
