Entretien
1 round of screening with the recruiter, and 2 rounds of technical interviews with some engineers. There were a number of domain knowledge questions (some are fundamental, some are related to your work experience, and some are somewhat tricky ) and coding problems. The recruiting process was smooth and well-organized, thanks to the excellent service delivered by the recruiter Adam and the coordinator Jacqueline.

I applied and a recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview. I believe it was a 30-minute interview. During that interview, she went over my resume, and based on the question she asked, it was obvious that she had not even read my resume.
She gave me a scripted overview of the company and told me that she will forward my resume to someone and then let me know.
After a day or two, I received an automated email that based on my background and experience we are not moving forward.
The whole process was fast but I think they could have skipped the HR interview had they read my resume beforehand. This shows that their recruiters are inexperienced and unprofessional.

Entretien
There was a one-hour phone screen. Then there was a virtual onsite. The virtual onsite includes 3 rounds: 1 coding, 1 design and 1 behavior with the founder. The interviewer in the coding was late for 10 minutes. However, I still completed within 1 hour.
I think I did well in the interviews. After 2 weeks, I received an auto rejection. I don't think this company is really recruiting. They just conduct regular interviews to show their business is going well and they are expanding. Don't waste time with them unless you want to practise interviews to improve your interview skills.
