Tell us about a time with you experience failure and what did you learn?
First you have an interview with a recruiter, then you have to take a pretty difficult intelligence test followed by a personality test, then you have an interview with the manager or a senior analyst on the team, then it ends with an interview with the entire team in which you have to present an analysis that you've done. Everything was done over the phone or over Zoom.
