Initial call with recruiter, tech interview with engineering lead, tech interview with two engineers. After a month and multple interviews they decided to just ghost the candidate, complete waste of my time. Based on my personal experience, I can see very low standards, bad practises and certainly would not engage again to interviewing with a company that does not respect candidate's time and decides to ghost (unacceptable after committing so much time).

The interview process was very smooth. The interviewers were approachable and easy to talk to. There were 4 rounds in total, with one system design technical question. I got a chance to talk with my engineering manager

I recently had an initial call with a recruiter, and it was the worst interview experience I've ever had in my professional career. First, the recruiter rescheduled our call at the VERY last minute. Even though we seemed to be on the same page about what would happen next, the recruiter then disappeared and never got back to me. Please respect candidates' time and be transparent with your decisions.
