Standard Phone Screen and an on site interview which included a presentation. There was about 7 people part of the panel and each of them represented a stakeholder for the position.

Fairly easy, very comfortable, laid-back. Questions were mostly based on soft skills and emphasized a lot on it. Interview process took a long time as well, waited month for anything to be confirmed or communicated.
