First, I submitted my resume to Plexium through a former colleague. Shortly after that, I was contacted by the talent acquisition Senior Manager, who kindly and professionally provided a general overview of the company’s mission and specific details about the position itself. He asked me about my relevant experience and my expectations (how I may be a good fit for the position, title/salary expectations, and more). He also prepared me (again, very professionally and with the right amount of transparency!) to the next steps and how my expectations may (or may not) be fulfilled. The next step was an interview on-site (45 min talk, meeting with the team members). I received an offer several days later. Throughout the hiring process the talent acquisition manager as well as the hiring manager were in touch with me, transparent about the process, supportive and receptive to my concerns. I accepted the offer and am very happy here!

Prescreen phone call with HR rep or recruiter, followed by a phone call with hiring manager. Finally, invitation for an on-site presentation, which included 1-on-1 interviews over a half-day period.
