Met with a recruiter on my college campus. It was pretty laid back and felt like a normal conversation. They did have my transcript printed out, and asked about any grade lower than a B.

Applied online. Got an email within a month. Then had a phone call with the HR recruiter which was more of a "touch base" phone call for 30 minutes where you confirm your details and qualifications. Actual interviews are very smooth. Two 30 minute interviews (online because covid) with a partner and a manager. Interviews were strictly behavioral questions, but more of a conversation as opposed to the typical "Name a time where you bla bla bla". It was extremely pleasant, be yourself and be prepared to talk about yourself, what you want, and what you've done.
