The interview process was short and uneventful. It took place with the manners I would be working with and HR. HR is extremely involved in the hiring process to the point where the managing staff doesn't make the hiring choice, HR does.

It was easy and the women were very nice. I have no idea why they didn't choose me yet asked me to stay in touch and to let them know if I apply for any other roles because they wanted me in the company. I would keep them on my radar for years, and let them know, but I never heard back, they never returned my calls. I feel like they were just full of empty words to give courage to a woman of color during the Trump admin. I see the reviewed here and now think I probably dodged a bullet. But it definitely changed how I view this organization and they'd get my hopes up for nothing.

Submitted an application and received notice within a few days of an interview. Interview was with two employees working adjacent to the department I was applying to. Fairly lighthearted interview.
