Typical process with recruiter intake, manager interview, case study and panel presentation. The case was quite extensive and required 8-10 hours of effort to produce a decent solution. The interview process felt like a one-way conversation, where the team did not seem too interested in answering questions. Not the best interview process, but also not the worst.

Friendly intro call with recruiting, 2nd round interview with Product Lead, 3rd round case study presentation. Very smooth process and great opportunity to learn more about the company and role to determine fit from both sides.

Entretien
It was very smooth. The interviewer was very nice and gave me a clear description of the job and its responsibilities. The questions were rather standard but the discussion really went in depth on the company values.
