My interview experience was absolutely amazing! Everyone I met was down to earth and very personable. The process was pretty streamlined and very quick. Kim was my recruiter and she reached out to me about opportunities at PlanSource, and we scheduled time to chat about roles within the company. After speaking she recommended me this role, given my past experience and what I was interested in. Then there is the CCAT assessment, but luckily I had taken the test earlier and had passed it. The next step was being scheduled to speak with the hiring manager of the team. Kim was super flexible with scheduling as I couldn't interview for all of next week, but she was still able to find a time for me and the hiring manager to interview. I had a 45 minute interview with the manager, and that conversation went very well. That interview was comfortable and done virtually, it was very conversational and based solely on my resume and technical processes for the role. I spoke to the manager on Monday and by Friday Kim reached back out and let me know that I was being offered the position. Overall, one of the best interview experiences I've had, and the whole process took only 2 weeks!
