      I have never written a glassdoor review but this experience was laughable. First, they give you a take home assignment before you even speak to a recruiter. I have never seen this happen, and by all means it's a waste of time to do that without even speaking to someone. After I submitted the assignment I got the copy-paste "we were impressed by your assignment" email. I scheduled a phone interview with the recruiter, she was 10 minutes late and proceeded to try to rush me through the call and cut me off to give me notes. While I appreciate the help, she was 10 minutes late and was trying to rush me.... I scheduled the next interview with A D, who cancelled the interview 2 hours before it was set to start. Once again, Plaid is being disrespectful with my time, but it actually seems like this is a habit of theirs considering I saw another review mentioning this interviewer doing the same thing. If I had moved to the next round, it would have been a 3 hr technical interview (really? my software engineering jobs didn't even interview me for that long). The interview went really well, which is why I was shocked to receive a message that I wouldn't be moving forward. It seems like the bootcamp hiring manager does not feel someone with a degree and plenty of experience is fit for the role. Anyway, they sent me the rejection a day before Christmas, so it's safe to say i'm not very happy with my experience!

      Challenge 1 Following the instructions in Plaid's Get started with the Quickstart (without Docker), set up a local application to create a new Item using Sandbox credentials. Once you've created an Item, please provide the following information: ● The programming language used to setup the Quickstart ● The access _ token that was generated ● Names of all the accounts and their respective balances. Please include a screenshot of the information returned. ● The account numbers, routing numbers, and account _ ids for the “Plaid Checking” and “Plaid Saving” accounts

      Challenge 2: A client is reaching out with a question about a particular error. Hi Plaid Support, I have a user that is complaining that they cannot link their account to First National Bank. The error they get back is INVALID CREDENTIALS. They are _ claiming that they are typing in the correct information. Are there any troubleshooting steps that my user can take? Thanks, Ernie Hudson

      Challenge 3: A client is reaching out with a question about implementation. Hi Plaid Support! We were surprised to find out that Plaid allows a user to link the same Item multiple times. We’d like to prevent this from happening. Don’t your docs say that you block this kind of thing? How can we prevent users from linking the same account multiple times? Your Friend, Bill Murray

      Challenge 4: A client is reaching out with a question about transactions data. Hi Plaid, I’m recently integrated with Plaid and I’m starting to see duplicate transactions pop up in my database. The pattern seems to be that Plaid returns each transaction and then returns that same transaction again roughly two days later but under a new transaction _ id. Could you please take a look at let me know what’s going wrong here?       Interviewed about 2 weeks ago. Very simple. Technical Assessment via Email, and then a follow up interview with the Hiring Manager. The hiring manager was not interested in having a conversation, just answering questions from the list. I don't know if they actually care about your questions.

      First part of the interview process would be a take home exercise where they give you about four challenges. The challenges consists of real life scenarios in which clients would inquire about technical issues they are having and you would have to show how you would answer their inquiries.
