Very quick 10 minute interview . Was promised a lot of things in this interview that never happens once hired, like promotions, pay, hours. I feel like they said whatever they had to just to hire the store.

Entretien
Met with them within 1 day of submitting online application. The Manager was prompt, and gave me a good overview of the role, company and mission/vision of the restaurant. He mentioned his previous experience and why he personally joined the PL and his vision to progress in this company. It seemed like everyone on the team was excited to be there and enthused to work for the company. I got to meet the crew on the first day, and given a series of potential growth opportunities. They asked my vision, and previous experience and were concerned to hire people of character not just skill. That drew me in.
