I applied online, then kept calling the store to see when interviews would be held. I was called in a few weeks later and we discussed a few things, the GM asked me a few questions, also had me sign hiring documents and couple days later i was hired. Pretty simple process.

Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.

Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
