It was very easy got hired on the spot. The manager of the store asked me a few questions to get to know me. It was very informal. She explained what the job entitles and what my duties would be. Also asked what days would work best and the importance of getting along with my co-workers.

Entretien
Very simple, the interview was quick, just went over basic previous work experience, availability, and reason for leaving previous job. The interviewer was the RGM and was open to any questions I had regarding the position.
Pretty Short and concise interview. There is not too much is asked of you. Just show up and work and will have no problems, availability will be biggest factor in getting hired most likely
Standard stuff- “tell us about a time you did this”, pretty much corporate 5 questions that they ask you at every single entry level restaurant. Interview doesn’t matter very much, if you can get into a tipped position there like driving or carry out captain you’ll make okay money. Shoot for carry out captain so you don’t add mileage to your car
