It was fine. I didn't have to wait very long, but the staff was short a few people and a worker was helping her manager with interviews. She had to get up a few times in the middle of the interview to handle orders or server the customers.

Over the phone. Asked a lot of questions about past experience. Then an in person interview asking about what skills I have and how I would go about doing this job.
