I had three interview rounds the first was a phone call with a recruiter, then I had a zoom with the team lead and another member of the team, my final round was in person meeting with someone more senior in data ops which was a regularly structured interview, the director of data ops for Seattle which felt more like a conversation than an interview, and a "shadowing" session with someone on my team showing me a little bit of what work could look like

How would you describe PitchBook? And how would you describe the role you are interviewing for?
it started with a phone screening interview and then progresses to a more rigorous interview with the position's hiring manager. They were very punctual with getting back in touch after concluding an interview.
There are three rounds of interview which went smoothly. There were general behavioral interview questions asked including why you are good fit for this position, why do you want to apply for this position, etc.
