I had three interview rounds the first was a phone call with a recruiter, then I had a zoom with the team lead and another member of the team, my final round was in person meeting with someone more senior in data ops which was a regularly structured interview, the director of data ops for Seattle which felt more like a conversation than an interview, and a "shadowing" session with someone on my team showing me a little bit of what work could look like
