One HR-focused phone call and then a longer video interview. The HR questions felt like a checklist, but at least it was short. The video interview was made a bit awkward since I didn't have anywhere good to take it near work; audio-only would have been better.

Phone screen with recruiter, then with hiring manager. Final round was a few hours with various members of the team. Did a case interview about a real world problem they were facing. Was interesting and fun, but still challenging.

      Entretien

The interview process begins with a basic recruiter phone screen. Then you speak to the hiring manager and if he likes you he will ask you to take a week to complete a take home assignment. The assignment usually asks you to improve some sort of financial product on the web. Then after the presentation, you will speak to a senior person in Product before speaking to the CEO and CPO. I would say around 5 rounds all together. I felt that the people in the panel were not prepared to ask questions during the presentation. It felt like I always had to ask the interviewers questions because they didn't seem super engaged or excited to be there. I also felt that asking candidates to complete their "take home homework" was way too much to ask for the amount of feedback / questions that were asked during the interview. It felt like on top of my 60 hour a week job, I also had to spend 10-15 hours completing their task and they didn't even take a careful look at it. I feel like their interview process does not take into consideration the candidates time or the fact that most people have a full time job / preparing for other interviews besides theirs. I didn't get an offer after the second to last round, but even if I did I wasn't planning on taking the offer because of the vibes I got. P.s. All of the 5 people that interviewed me were Men, it didn't really seem like they had any Female Product managers at all

      Entretien

Recruiter call, 45-min Skype interview with hiring manager, project, and then in-person with team. The first few steps were fine. I had some reservations about the project - it was a SWOT of myself, a dashboard focused on reliability, and then project documentation on a way to prevent web scraping. It was expected to be a final draft as I was told the team would be "nitpicky about detail." The in-person itself was horrible. It was clear no one had communicated or read the project ahead of time. Was asked to go into deep detail about the project proposal and was told they were going to fold it into their roadmap this year. As the team of managers I met with were leaving, they all broke out into laughter outside the door. It was humiliating and I was very aware I was not getting an offer. Other reviews are right on, I would avoid applying here even if you're fresh out of college. This is not how other professionals work.
