Basically a generic phone interview then on campus interview at the location. The call was 30 minutes while the on campus was an hour long. The whole process was very smooth, however they do ask you to be alright with a low wage before they continue the interview process.

Phone Interview is mostly about your background. Each interviewer in the group will ask about each certain aspect of required skills. Advices: Be honest! Employers do not expect you to know everything but to learn everything. Therefore, they'd like to know your willingness and ability to pick up things.
