Thorough. Wanted to really get a feel for me as a human being as well as a chef. Very straightforward and very engaging. Management is very hands on and always looking for ways to help.

It was quick and straightforward. After my start date was approved, I met with the head chef and assisted in opening the restaurant. The process was informal but comprehensive and informational.
