When I met VP HR, I was surprised I was interviewed as a courtesy and to CYA from the HR specialist who asked me questions as if it were my first job out of college. There was obviously no interest in me as a candidate. And, the follow up she noted she would do was not completed. It saddened me as I appreciate the company and industry and gave this company solid prep time.
