Interviewer was unprepared and condescending. Eloquently let me know that this was a bottom of the totem pole job where I could be asked to do anything thing and everything, for entry level (lower than industry standards) pay. When asked if it was a family friendly company, she scoffed and asked if I knew how the advertising business worked. I do, and it seems like your company is very disorganized as far as advertising businesses go. This would be a great job for a new grad, who lives with parents and drives a Prius. Not a single mom with a BMW payment and a child to pick up on time.

Straightforward. Not really insightful to the entire company but you'll understand basic duties. Not an extensive process and very timely. Only two interviews for me but might be more thorough now.

Entretien
I applied online in August, heard back in September, had a phone interview in October and an in-person interview in November... as you can see, this interview process was long and drawn out. I was offered another in-person interview in December, but declined because I was jumping through hoops to be paid so little.
Interviewing was pretty basic with personality and resume questions. I did have a proof reading quiz, which was easy. Be prepared for the base salary to be extremely low (way lower than industry standards).
