The interview process is straightforward. The candidate will have opportunity to meet one or two partners/managers from the local office they're going to work at. The managers are friendly and the whole procedure is straightforward.

Entretien
The interview process was extremely quick and I had my interviews done within a 2 week period. It is a two round interview one with a recruiter and then another with a senior and a partner from the relative firm you would like to work with. They ask you a plethora of questions in both interviews for around 30 to 40 minutes and then allow you to ask questions for the remainder of the interview (interviews are an hour long).

Question 1
They will ask you about team related situations and leadership experience. They will also ask you about career goals and how you seek to achieve them.
There were two rounds of in-person interviews about two weeks apart. Each interview consisted of two interviews with different interviewers. Most interview questions were mild and interviewers seemed very personable.
