Before the interview, they ask to pass two tests, one for personality, and one for IQ. The interview had 3 steps. Interview with tech manager and QA Engineer, then the technical task, then panel interview (3 hours long, 2 people per hour) The task was about writing unit tests in Java for some custom-built application with a few planted bugs in it. Pretty interesting for a QA given that unit tests are normally written by Devs.

Interview process is intense with multiple phone screens, face to face interviews, assignments/exercises to be discussed with the interviewing members. Interview focuses on technical aptitude as well as team fit, fit with a fast paced agile environment and willingness to do what it takes to deliver on time with high quality.
