The interview process for Ping Identity was efficient and enjoyable. It took about a week from submitting my application to scheduling a panel interview.
Everyone I spoke with was motivated, friendly, and personable. Based on multiple conversations, I could sense that Ping cares about its employees and creating a great work environment.
The interview process was very straightforward. After connecting with their recruiters and passing the CCAT test, I had the pleasure of discussing a role they had available with the technical support manager. The next step was preparing for a technical interview and making a final decision. Prior to that, I had received another offer that I couldn't pass so I can not comment on the panel interview process.
Overall, I am very impressed with the company, its culture, and the current product lines. Should something change, I'd be delighted to reapply.

Had the great opportunity to successfully clear the interview.
The interview process was 3 rounds Technical and Mangerial followed by an HR discussion.
Emphasis was on the job requirement and not generic.
First round : Recruiter assessment
- Overall technical skills
- Work history
- General awareness
- Followed by a task to be competed offline which was a technical challenge of setting up of webserver from scratch, setup security, IAM and other requirememts
Second round:
A detailed discussion about the project and follow up questions.
Scneraio based questions with customer support focus. Mock customer call with an irate customer and random scenario which was very well setup and was a surprise!
Third round: HR discussion about the salary components, benefits and start date,

3 stage interview process stating with HR then technical interview followed by soft skills interview.
Good experience and engaging process. Stress free process and very accomodating. Knowledgeable interviewers. Very considerate.

Entretien
2 informal and casual phone calls with HR recruiters then a 30 minute phoner with manager. Final video zoom with 4 people including coworkers, manager, and team lead that lasted 75 mins. Some questions were difficult but not too complex.
