It was a 5 stage process. 1st round - CV screening, 2nd with 1 MD, 3rd with another MD, 4th modelling test and 5th final interview. 1st MD asked a lot of technical questions and 2nd one was more around experience and fit within the company.

Initial interiew with the Managing Director in the team. The interview was very much conversational and friendly and a good way to get to know the firm and what they are looking for.

First two online interviews with same level and a line manager, then in-person task with two more interviews for about 3-4 hours with no break. One of them said that they based recruitment mainly on "vibes" and then didn't hear anything back from them after the whole process.
