I got a screening call first from which I was directly moved to interview with the BDR manager and that went great too and I met with the COO. All of them were being nice and I felt I was moving forward but even after 3 rounds, everyone ghosted me. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me that I am not selected. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Be upfront and transparent in your process.

Really nice during the interview process. Got all the way to the third round and met the CEO. Told me they would reach out in a week and ghosted me completely. I followed up asking for an approximate timeline and nothing. If you're going to waste my time with 3 rounds and not have the decency to inform me that I was not selected, you need to get your stuff together.
