J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Picnic en avr. 2021
Entretien
First interview was with HR for a dev position, actually. During the interview, I as informed that I would fit better in a QA position.
They gave me then a task which required a lot of time (creating a test automation framework and some tests) and after reviewing, I was informed that I did not pass and a feedback should be on this email, but there was only my own code. I asked the recruiter about an actual feedback and she informed me that she would look into that but never talked to me anymore.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Picnic (New Delhi)
Entretien
The initial communication was very good. Had a good chat with the HR and understood about the current requirement of the position.
Cleared the next 3rounds as well. But at the end my application was rejected for the fact that I don't fit well with the requirements. Even if I confirmed with the interviewer in previous rounds about their expectations. They were expecting a person who has worked on automation testing, well I did; for more than an year. But all my experience and even the assignment that I submitted was ignored while making this decision.
The communication about me not fitting well with the requirement could have been judged earlier. I received good feedback in all my previous rounds.
I guess the HR could have made the picture clear to me before making such an absurd response about my application.
