The interview process consisted of a screening phone, a phone interview with an IA, and skype interview with a director. Once you pass through all these hoops successfully you will be asked to conduct an in person interview in New York. You will then undergo three separate interviews on site. The entire process is overly redundant and not efficient. Their HR personnel and not timely with getting back with you and also make excuses for errors made on their part. Such as stating they sent the correct skype link and number the day before and then sending it to you 30 minutes before the actual interview. Altogether it was a horrible experience and utter waste of time. I would recommend looking elsewhere for employment because if their HR treatment is any indication of their companies culture then you’re going to have a bad time.

Was originally told they were interested in moving quickly. Had over 4 phone interviews over 4 weeks and didn't get invited to an on-site interview. I was asked the same basic behavioral questions in each round (definitely an unorganized process). I answered them all the same way for each person but the last phone interviewer didn't like the depth of my answers. It's really hard to give depth and measurable results when you're asked very basic behavioral questions. Overall horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this company, especially for those looking at entry-level positions. I should have listened to more of the Glassdoor reviews before I went through this lengthy process.
