Extremely pleasant interview experience due to one of best internal recruiting/HR departments you could hope to work with. Recruiter always kept me in the loop during the process and was very communicative of next steps. Interview consisted of: 1) 30 min phone call with recruiter 2) Interview with hiring manager 3) Interview with director 4) 5 30 minute interviews back-to-back. Consisted of product demo, senior managers in practice, and a person outside of practice to determine cultural fit After the final interviews, I received an offer within 2 weeks and accepted.

I applied through an employee referral. Interview seemed like they were checking a box to give an interview to a referral. Interviewer was late to the call -- which I understand happens, but then the call went great. Three days later I was told I was not moving forward in the process
