The interview process which happened to me was ridiculous. After one round of interview I was selected and was given the offer letter soon with so much documentation process and that to the documents I have to submit in presence of the HR assigned to me for on boarding. After few days, the same HR called me and scheduled multiple interview calls with client and he didn't even bother to inform me what is the joining date. So I am very much annoyed with the process and HR team

Entretien
1. Cleared technical interview for tech lead at chennai office. 2. HR wanted me to screenshare and show my bank statements, form 26as, pf history, payslips, emplyment history etc. - such a weird verification which never happened in any company this way. 3. HR restlessly calls for knowing why only my current company PF history alone is reflecting and not old ones. I explained it is because of my name change we couldnt login and view old details. we have submitted the related form to epfo via current employer. Still they restlessly call for my old PF history. 4. No news from them until i called and asked after 2 days . They replied that they cant proceed as they couldnt see my old PF history, eventhough they logged in and saw my old 5 years bank statement and salary credited for each of these 60 months in the statement. Such a useless interview to waste everyone's time and finally say "your 5 years back PF history is not visible so we cant hire you". Fact is that my UAN is active and I get sms every month from EPFO when the PF is credited. It felt like some audit from Income tax officials.
