First was the recruiter call which was essentially explaining the role & process. Then I interviewed with a Photon designer. This second step was very laid back and casual. Third step was interviewing with the client which went well except there was a miscommunication between what i thought i was interviewing for vs what the client thought i was interviewing for. They gave me a second chance since it was clearly a miscommunication on Photon's part.

They have no idea what they are doing. I have been contacted one of their recruiters, Ramiro. He initially said they have 2 clients, fidelity and one Create One Bank. Then, when I asked him, I did not understand that this was an agency. I do not want to work with agencies, I want to apply for jobs by myself. He started to lie straight to my face, saying that no, they will hire for photon, and he is the recruiter. If I am not confident enough to move forward in the process, I should not waste their time. etc. I asked clearly again, you just said you have 2 clients for me to match. Do you recall? He said NO. Luckily, the AI note taker was automatically taking notes for the call, and he approved the beginning of the call. I had proof that he lied. I am super surprised how these companies make money because they are a fraud and a scam. They PROBABLY WILL STEAL ALL YOUR INFORMATION. One. A good thing you can do for yourself stay away from this company, aka the Agency, at all.
