For anyone who's applied to or been contacted by this company for work: *Please do not waste your time with them. They are not professionals.*
I was called by a man for a phone interview. It was hard to understand what he was saying, but this is no huge disqualification for me. The thing that put me off the most was his seeming lack of preparedness to interview me. He asked me questions that he should've already seen answered on my application, unless he never read my application, to begin with. He then sent me an email with several typos asking me a question he had already received a second answer to. The whole thing was very confusing.
A look at LinkedIn and Glassdoor confirmed what I already knew. An unprofessional tech firm with a gutted Human Resources team, cronyism and corruption from the top down and several practices that would run afoul of basic labor laws.
Please search for work somewhere else. No money is worth working for unprofessional extortioners.

Education, work experience and salary expectations, all of which were there on my application. This should be your first red flag.
