Overall, conversation with the recruiter was fairly standard until asking about whether or not I had ever worked with a specific piece of PM software. I hadn't, butt explained I was willing to do some beforehand research if needed and that my track record showed I was more than capable of picking up a new program with a new role. I was told "oh no, you don't need to do that, just tell the interviewer you know it and it'll be fine." I was surprised by that but the interview ended shortly after. The following interview with the hiring manager, I was asked again about the program. "No, I haven't used it but blah blah blah" at which point the hiring manager says "then why does your resume say you have?" GREAT QUESTION! I have never listed that on my resume, as I've never used it, and look to the recruiter who would not make eye contact with me again. This company is willing to doctor resumes to cheese interviews so they can scam the companies paying them to hire these rolls, and then they doctor their reviews on sites like this. Don't buy any of it. Least professional experience I've ever had. RUN from opportunities at this company.
