Interviewed for a position on a team that was being built out for a new product - they had only hired a non technical project manager so far. They had already assigned deadlines for the product that were extremely aggressive, and also tied bonuses to these deadlines. Knowing that what they wanted was impossible, I declined to accept their offer. I was not surprised to see the same job reposted several times over the next year, well past the original deadlines that were mentioned to me.

There is one paper exam based on C language, bit operation etc. Next, there are 4 round of interviews. Mainly on Coding problems and algorithms. and computer architecture It took the whole day from morning to 3:00 pm.
