2 rounds of interviews, first one with HR and 2nd with the related departement. Then, an assignment and and 3rd round of interview in which I presented the assignment. I really felt that by the time I was being interviewed for the 3rd round they had already closed the recruitment process (in the final interview there was a new team member who said that had started in the same job position I applied one week before. I felt a bit disappointed because of all the effort and time invested.
