Submitted resume, cover letter, straightforward interview process. Phone call with HR, then wait a couple of weeks; phone call with hiring manger, wait a couple of weeks; scheduled interview with "screener", hiring manager, and potential direct supervisor. Waited one month, told I was a finalist for the position, passed over for internal candidate.

Phone screen, followed by 2 phone interviews. Very personable and not canned. Communication was good and I received an offer. Having the job now, I will say that the internal processes, like quoting are overly complicated and time consuming.
