Entretien
The interview went really good. They mainly asked on the previous experiences and the reason why applying for the intern position. The question were oriented mainly on how could you benefit Philips by the previous working experiences
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
