Three rounds of interview - 1) HR round 2) immediate boss and 3) senior leader. They interviewed me on past experience , problem solving and team management issues.
The interview was generally quite informal, without many technical or complex questions as I may have expected. Process took over 3 months to finalise the contract after being offered the role.
3 rounds of interview. Took 3 months as they short list. Not complex gave to meet different departments. By the time the head of apac sees you more or less you got the job
