Referred by the recruiter to this role because I was not a good fit for the role I originally applied for. Went through 2 phone interviews with different managers and then invited in for an in person interview. Over a month went by, even after the recruiter emailed saying they'd have decisions within 2 weeks. I finally called 6 weeks later and she sheepishly said she had forgotten to reply to my emails. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time.
