Straightforward 1st round of interview. It was an online interview with an HR person. Talked about my background and my availability plus I asked some questions regading the role (team, projects etc). Overall, good experience, around 30 minutes.

Entretien
Zunächst wurde nur ein Vorstellungsgespräch über Skype mit einem Personaler durchgeführt. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und die Fragen entspannt. Schnell wurde mir starkes Interesse bekundet und ein weiteres Gespräch mit den entsprechenden zukünftigen Vorgesetzten in Aussicht gestellt - der Termin dafür wurde danach auch abgemacht und von Seiten von Philips nicht eingehalten. Der Personaler ignorierte danach meine Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme und zwei Monate später kam die unpersönliche, automatisierte Absage.
I applied for this positions and I got an interview after 5 months. It takes a long time to arrange an interview. I interviewed via Skype with the hiring manager. It lasted only 15 minutes. I received very basic questions from the hiring manager. I felt I was doing well, but I also felt that they already had another cancdiate in mind that was close to signing the contract. After a week I got this email that they already had a candidate in mind and they filled in the vacancy internally.
