There was only one interview, submitted an application through teamwork, then got an email back asking to interview. It was a 20-30 minute zoom call, ask questions about past experience and resume and how I would be a good fit.

Easy and relatively straightforward. Asked questions about my experience and resume and what i thought of the union itself. Interviewed for the content team. It felt a tad rushed but other than that it was fine
Phone call that led to in person interview with 3 members of the department I would later intern with. The in person interview took roughly 30 minutes and I was asked standard questions
