J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Philadelphia Mixing Solutions
Entretien
The whole process was set out as three separate interviews, all lasting around an hour long, all scheduled in one day. For most of the interview the questions were basic, and the difficulty to answer was pretty normal.
First off a warning, be weary of interviewing here as anything other than a mechanical engineer, as pretty much close to all senior management are mechanical engineers, and will interview you with little knowledge to your subject matter and the technical speak that comes with it; all while not shying away about asking about your mechanical engineering capabilities and spouting mechanical engineer lingo which you should have no expectation of knowing.
It was not until one interview that any problems arose, when asking about other language experience, the interviewer began to diminish my second language capabilities as not quite for industry; this despite his own inability to speak more than one language. It came off as rude and simply unprofessional, all from someone who has no right to judge others on their ability to speak multiple languages. This same interviewer continued to compound the problems as he described that although not required, it was often expected to stay behind after hours to continue work, a red flag that the company expects labor outside of paying hours. The interviewer also spent a considerable portion of the interview speaking about himself and his positions, which had no real connection to the position which I was interviewing for, wasting both our time.
Finally, two days after interviewing I was contacted by the hiring manager to conduct a pseudoscience personality test, in order to "better understand me and my drive," something one would expect them to already have some knowledge of, after wasting three hours of time interviewing only a couple days ago.
Overall would be weary of interviewing with the company, and not expect much out of it.
