I went through a head hunter who informed me about the open position. I interviewed in a local office, and then again in the corporate office. The entire process was long and tedious. You had to take a Caliper test and score well as a part of the hiring process.

The most difficult part of the process was the Caliper test, and then interviewing with the President of the department. He was someone emotionless and kept a "poker face" the entire interview.
