This was a pretty straightforward/vanilla interview process. Expect the usual questions with random irrelevant ice-breaker questions thrown in. (e.g., If you could have any superpower what would it be? What's your favorite flavor of ice cream, etc.)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell us about yourself Why this position? What does your skillset bring to the table? How would you handle 'this' hypothetical situation?

I had a panel interview with 8 people scheduled. Only three people showed up and then I was left hanging for a month because the hiring manager went on vacation. I had to take an exam to determine if I was “capable” of learning their system. It was a proctored exam. Then I was called back for a second panel interview that was with the team but it honestly felt like they didn’t even know why they were there. Also, it was incredibly rude that it was a panel zoom interview and everyone was only there via audio while I sat there with my video on just staring at pictures. After the second interview I waited another 3 weeks to find out I didn’t get the job because apparently a whole team is in charge of employee selection and not HR or the hiring manager. Makes sense. Waste of time. But honestly, if that’s how the hiring process is, I can only imagine how their work process is. Certainly won’t be applying with Phelps Health again.
