Initial phone interview with HR went well. Although I have all the qualifications and experience needed for the position applied, I was still rejected and not invited to an on-site interview . Keep in mind that this company hires people not suitable for any jobs there. Mind you the hiring manager lacks any professionalism in regards to conducting an interview. He wasn't clear enough with his questions and kept excusing himself from our conversation.
