The overall process was intense but very well organised and quick. I had an intial 1 hour online interview that consited of standard CV questions and a technical understanding if basic analytical techniques includign HPLC and DSC. The second stage was a full day on site that consisted of 3 interviews, one technical, and one HR. Everyone I met was really lovely and welcoming

Applied through LinkedIn, I then had a chat with the talent acquisition manager, after I had a phone interview with a senior scientist and after a few weeks I got to do a onsite interview. Onsite interview included a 1 hr chat with a senior scientist and then a 1 hr technical interview followed by with lunch and then another technical and lastly a HR interview.
