Quick and straightforward process from recruiter call through hiring manager call. Very organized HR team and communication was great. Company moved quickly throughout process. Reasonable number of interview rounds, very straightforward process

I completed a Phone Screen with HR, then had a panel interview with the hiring manager, another analyst and HR. The interview was more conversation based which made me feel at ease. The issue i have with this company is that they never followed up with me after the initial interview. I contacted them almost 4 weeks after the interview, asking for status and they replied by calling me the wrong name and also let me know they were not moving forward with an offer. I thought it was inconsiderate to not follow up with me after the last interview AND call me by the wrong name in their response back. This alone made me glad not to have recieved an offer as I would not want to work for a company as unprofessional as this.
