The first interview depending on your location is done over the phone. They will ask many questions regarding your work experience. It feels more like a friendly conversation than an actual interview. After the initial interview if they will call you back for a second interview. If you are located near the corporate office or you are interviewing for a local pharmacy you will be interviewed at the physical pharmacy.
