When I interviewed at Phaedon it was a great experience. I had an initial phone call with the recruiter. I then moved on through 4 additional interviews with the person I was replacing, the organizational head, the department head, and a group interview with some of the team members I would be working with across the account. It was a quick process and in a few short weeks I completed the interview process and accepted an offer.
